Miss Tako Hair takes pride in ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality control by making sure your luxury extensions and wigs are fresh, new and only for you. To ensure that we continue to maintain this, we are unable to accept refunds.
If you’ve received your product and for any reason are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange (excluding all wigs and custom coloured wigs). You can return product(s) to us within 14 days (in the condition it was sent to you in, untampered, unused and unworn) If you fail to provide notice before 14 days we will not accept any exchanges.
We only accept items that are unused, unopened and in the original condition/packaging. If the security has been removed, product will not be accepted (the cost of postage would be your own responsibility). Once we receive the extensions, in the condition stated above we will either offer an exchange or create an equivalent store credit which you can later use in our store in the future.
EXCHANGES ARE EASY
Need another shade? Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your current set of Seamless clip in extensions or Ponytail Extensions, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.
We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 14 days on all our Seamless Clip in and Ponytail Extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Please contact us within 14 days once you receive your seamless Clip in or ponytail extensions by email to let us know that you want to exchange. If you fail to provide notice before 14 days we will not accept any Exchanges.
The good is that each Seamless Clip in extension and Ponytail Extension will come with a tester in the bottom compartment of the plastic pack. You can take out this piece to determine if the colour is a good match. Please note that the tester is part of the full set and is required to be shipped back in its original condition with your order for a refund or exchange.
WIGS, CLOSURE AND FRONTALS
Please not that Miss Tako does not offer exchanges if you change your mind, if you feel the colour does not suit you or if you select the wrong cap size.
Frontals, Closures and Wig units please note if item lace has been cut there is no exchange option.
All sale and discounted items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange.
In the case you have received a faulty wig, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of the date you have received your wig. After we have investigated the returned wig and deemed it to be faulty due to manufacturers defect you will be issued with either the option of an exchange or a full/partial refund.
LOST AND DAMAGE
We are not liable for goods that get lost or damaged during the exchange process and we do not cover delivery costs of exchanges. Once we have received and inspected the items, we will ship the new extensions within 14 days.
