Please read the information carefully before finalising your order (we do not accept refunds) to ensure that you get the best out of your new hair extensions. Grant of Rights​ with influencers. During the Term, Influencer grants the Company a transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license and right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, display, and perform (i) on an exclusive basis, the Content, in whole or in part, and (ii) in connection with the Content, on a non-exclusive basis, Influencer’s name, nickname, voice, image, likeness, biographical data, blog, website, social media handle and statements (“Influencer’s Identity"), in whole or in part, in any and all media throughout the world, whether currently existing or created in the future, for the purposes of advertising, publicity and trade to promote Company and Company’s products and/or services without obtaining any additional permission from Influencer.

The foregoing rights and licenses include, without limitation, the right to (i) embed a link to the Content on the Company’s controlled websites, channels, or pages, and (ii) to post, display, share and promote the Content on the web, as well as the right to re-tweet and re-post the Content on the Company’s controlled social media networks. Influencer waives any and all moral rights to the Content and any rights to inspect or approve the Company’s use of the Content. The foregoing rights will terminate after the Term, except that, following the Term, www.misstako.com will continue to have the right to use, and will not be obligated to remove, the Content and Influencer’s Identity included in any marketing materials produced during the Term (including without limitation, any Content republished or tagged by misstako.com on misstako.com website, social media, or other owned or controlled digital media outlets).

Influencer confirms that this release is irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free and will survive termination or expiry of this Agreement. Influencer shall not obtain any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property rights of Silqmist.com except such rights as are specifically granted under this Agreement once payment has been accepted and picture has been produced. 

Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information private. 

Misstako.com periodically sends out special offers and discounts via electronic notice (email). At any time you may unsubscribe to our notices by sending an unsubscribe email to info@silqmist.com with the title 'unsubscribe'.

We only accept Credit / Debit Cards

We do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behaviour. Please ensure your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case, your item will be placed on hold whilst one of our staff contacts you to discuss matters further. You may be requested to provide supporting evidence and will need to explain why the billing and shipping address if different. To avoid this, please ensure your billing and shipping address match.

We will only deliver to the address given when you place the order. You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address for delivery. You would need to cancel any order placed with the incorrect address and re-order with the correct address within one hour of placing your order.

As our website pictures are taken with professional lighting, coloured pre made wigs may not always reflect the same in person. However, we ensure that we use the same consistency and measurements when creating our coloured wigs.

As our main priority is to maintain the quality of our hair, if you request for custom colouring we aim to get the end result as close as possible to your desired colour. If your unit requires bleaching to reach your desired colour, we will only bleach the unit once to preserve the quality of the hair. All wigs coloured, whether a pre made colour or custom coloured we ensure they undergo an intensive deep conditioning treatment to try and restore the quality of the hair before sending it out. 

All our wigs and custom coloured wigs are all non-refundable as they are made to order.

If you require 200% density or a custom made wig with three or more bundles please email us info@misstako.com and someone will assist you in creating your perfect unit.

Density Explained:
150% : 1-2 Bundles
180% : 2-3 Bundles

You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to the incorrect address given.​
